Recruitment for Anacortes Housing Authority Board Vacancy

Anacortes WA - The City of Anacortes is seeking interested residents to fill a vacancy on the Anacortes Housing Authority Board.  The Anacortes Housing Authority oversees several low-income housing programs. The Anacortes Housing Authority's mission is to provide decent, safe, and affordable housing for responsible persons of low-income. 

They promote fair housing and the opportunity for very low and low-income families of all races, ethnicities, national origins, religions, ethnic backgrounds and with all types of disabilities to participate in housing. Visit Anacortes Housing Authority’s website for additional information. 

Applicants must reside within the city limits of Anacortes and have demonstrated interest and competence in community, housing needs, business, and finance. The board consists of five members that meet the last Thursday of each month at 3:30 pm at the Anacortes Housing Authority meeting room. Due to COVID-19 restrictions this may be subject to change.
