The City of Anacortes has two open seats on the Planning Commission and we are looking for two residents who are interested to serve a 6-year term beginning January 1, 2018, expiring December 31, 2023. Applicants should have a desire to serve the community; time to devote to commission responsibilities; and a background and interest in planning, community, and economic development. The Commission meets the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 6 pm in the Anacortes City Council Chambers.
