[ARCHIVED] 2023 Asphalt Overlay Project.

As part of the ongoing pavement management plan, the City is moving forward with the 2023 Asphalt Overlay Project.
The project will involve grinding existing pavement, pavement repairs, placement of new asphalt, utility lid adjustments and pavement striping.
The City has contracted with Lakeside Industries, Inc. to repave the following streets:
Skyline Way – from Sunset Avenue to Kingsway
Sands Way
Parkside Drive
Sandra Court
Curtis Court
Leah Place
The contractor is expected to begin with pavement grinding on Monday, June 5. Construction for this project is expected to take approximately three weeks. The exact schedule of construction activities will be weather dependent and delays in the schedule may occur due to inclement weather.
During construction there will be periods of no parking on streets along the entire stretch of the project roadways.
Traffic control will be in place to allow for access to neighborhood and safety of the workers.
Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation while we make these necessary improvements to the roadway.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact Justin Symonds at 360-299-1972.
