The applicant is requesting a Type-2 Site Plan Review with SEPA Review for the construction and placement of 110 private storage sheds. The proposed project would include the construction of (66) 10 ft. by 10 ft. and (44) 10 ft. by 14 ft. storage shed units. Said units would be constructed on pressure treated skids to allow for transport off-site and on-site mobility; the proposed sheds are to be used as rentable private-storage space. The proposed sheds would be placed in rows and accessed by proposed internal asphalt driveways. The subject property is located in the Light Manufacturing (LM1) zoning district
