Community Sailing

***UPDATE*** Due to the COVID19 Pandemic. All summer sailing classes taught through APRD have been CANCELED. If you are interested in other small boating opportunities. Please contact Anacortes Waterfront Alliance.

Anacortes Parks and Recreation partners with the Anacortes Waterfront Alliance to provide opportunities for our community to learn about sailing. We are fortunate to have Fidalgo Bay to use as our sailing venue. Access to the water is a coorperative effort between the Port of Anacortes, APRD, and AWA. Most of the sailing programs are based out of Seafarer’s Park and dock. APRD is a member of US Sailing and uses it course resources and curriculum for its sailing program.
